Security compared to other offerings

They will all do the same job, it's a matter or how well and ease of useability. I know that your looking for one single "killer" thing that will make one  a sure-bet choice, but in this case there may not be one, it's a matter of degrees. Maybe with some google-foo you can come up with user postings about how horrible one of the choices are, which would take it out of the running.
 
Personal opinion time: I've worked with both Cisco (higher-end, but less features than the new SA line), Zyxel, and Astaro for years. If I were purchasing today, I'd still go with Astaro. They have a good proven track record, having been in the UTM device market since the beginning. I've gotten good support from them (gold support contract), you can get direct feedback from members of the development team and management here in the forums, it's the only one of the choices listed where they take customer feature requests seriously, and the price is right. You also have the option of getting an Astaro hardware appliance or using your own hardware and installing the software on it.
 
The rest are all srictly hardward based, which is a point of differentiation.
 
Cisco and DLink are new to the market. SonicWall has been around for a long time. They used to be crummy, but have since cleaned up their act. I've been burned by Zxyel dropping upgrade support for "last years model" when the newer models come out.

I would add that these Astaro forums are also a very good resource.  A solid group of bright, interested and knowledgeable users who will keep you pointed in the right direction.
