Dual Wan Set up

I’m a networking newbee

I’m trying to get a dual wan set up on ASG 7.9
I have two asdl lines and want to share work out by PC and time of day
Eg
During work hours: My wife & I work on separate lines and the kids have throttled usage
In the evening the kids have separate lines for their browsing/iplayer/gaming (limited downloading)
Overnight free for all with load balencing
And failover if one of the asdl lines go down.

I’ve tried several setups to direct PCs desired wan with no success.
Interfaces set as standard Ethernet connected to router with fixed IP and as cable with DHCP
Using multipath rules don’t appear to work
eg
PC1 -> Any -> BB842 (Network)
PC2 -> Any -> BB842 (Network)
Both PC’s will tend to get the same wan interface

Static routes just stop any access for defined PC’s
PC1 -> Gateway gw842 [192.168.1.1]

Policy routes also no good
Target: BB844
Selector: PC1 -> «Any» -> Any -> Any

I’m sure there is a simple solution. Its just my lack of Network knowhow.

Current interface set up is

BB842 [Up] on eth2 [192.168.1.200/24]
MTU 1500 • DEFAULT GW 192.168.1.1

BB844 [Up] on eth0 [192.168.0.200/24]
MTU 1500 • DEFAULT GW 192.168.0.1

Internal [Up] on eth1 [192.168.2.100/24]
MTU 1500
