Astaro, Get REAL..

First the kill packet for IPS.

NOW ????
All Astaro/Proxy users with surf-protection (our clients) all over sweden starts calling......NO surf....no access ......

Has it been extra cheap McFee people available lately or what ?

This time it's NOT as bad as before since it seems to be only the proxy, so vpn,etc and bypassing proxy works.

    OK I swapped out firewalls to get my network back up. If I plug the ASG back into my Internet connection will it get the new update automatically?

    I would say that still once is too much for a product thats costs that much money. Such a "big fail" should never be possible to happen.

    If my Astaro at home goes down, OK, i can use another connection (Mobile, open AccessPoint :-D, whatever), but not on a product where i and my customers pay 1'000's of $ each year for.
