Astaro AD authentication popup problem

I work in a company with around 2.000 users. We use Astaro to secure the network.
The Users use the Astaro proxy authenticating in Active Directory.

After we upgrade Astaro version from 7.306 to 7.503, we are experiencing problems with autentication. Some users when trying to navigate on internet, the browser ask for authentication. (popup). If we try to log with another user in the same machine, the navigation works fine, without ask popup.

We tested the user with problem in another machine and the navigation works fine without popup too.

The proxy configuration in browser is using hostname instead IP.

Seems to be a problem with the user profile. The workstations are running Windows XP.

The problem begins to occur after Astaro upgrade. Can anyone help ?

    In another Astaro Forum, BruceKConvergent commented yesterday
    Try using the IP for the proxy setting in IE; this forces the SSO authentication to use NTLM instead of Kerberos; in our case, while Astaro figures out the Kerberos issue, this made it work. If your problem sounds like ours, I highly recommend that you start a case with Astaro support so they can chase this problem down.

    Hi,

    Having done several Astaro upgrades in an AD domain I have encountered  this a few times. There are 2 ways I resolved it. 

    One was to remove the astaro machine from your domain controller under "Client Computers" and then re-join it using the SSO tab under Authentication.

    Two was to change the operating mode for the web proxy from "Active Directory SSO" to "Standard". Wait a few minutes and then switch it back.
