Prune the dead wood from the "partner" list

I've just lost my rag  .... I've been trying to call a selection of partners in the UK for ages and have either been met with companies either dont know their ar$e from their elbow, have answer machines whose messages never get responded to (tried 1 company ~10 times over a 2 week period) or whose numbers just ring out or are no longer in use.

To top this, I just called the main German number, listened to the German announcement and (thank goodness) the following English one, pressed 3 (as I'm calling outside of Germany and need to speak to sales) only to have it continually ring and ring... 

I eventually gave up.

So ... can anyone give me a good price for a new or 2nd user ASG 220 with email encryption, web filtering, SSL VPN, A/V etc.. (max of about 30 users).  I wont need any significant help in the installation as I have the home user license and would have opted for the free Essentials edition, but it's crap in it's functionality for me.

    Thanks for the kind words. Following on from our conversation, Astaro UK has reviewed the current partner base, and we have reviewed how we operate with some of our partners. The Channel has been revamped, and I hope that this instance does not occur again.

    Same needs to happen in Australia.

    I have tried to find the pricing for Astaro products in Australia. Of the approx 10 sites I visited
    1 listed their site as being protected by Astaro
    1 had a dead page - product not found
    4 I couldn't even find a mention of Astaro on the product list
    a couple pointed at Germany

    Only 1 site actually had any details and that while a nice table doesn't say whether the licence cost is cumulative or the next item includes the previous item.
    I would like to purchase a 10 user licence for a small test environment we are building that needs a/v, web proxy and IPS and some tunnels.
    This will be cheaper than having to employ a contractor to program Cisco router each time.
