Another BItTorrent help request!

ASG220 V7.501

Without Astaro, BitTorrent =
27 Seeders and up to 500KB/s

With Astaro, BitTorrent =
5 Seeders, 50KB/s

Doesn't seem right does it?

I have rules:
Packetfilter = Any > BT port 44432 > BTnetwork

DNAT = Any > BT port 44432 > External > Eth7 IP address > BTHost1
with auto packet filter rule

No software firewall on BThost1 also

I have tried many many combinations recommended by these forums. Too many to bother listing.

Any ideas?

    All of this assumes you're using a sane BT client like Vuze which only needs one incoming port.
    If you're using the original BitTorrent, it need 10 incoming ports, iirc.

    If you don't already have an LAN->ANY-Allow rule for outgoing, create one, or 

    create a rule like
    source: BitTorrent PC
    dest: ANY
    service: BTOut
    allow

    Where BTOut is 
    TCP/UDP
    Source port: your BT client's port
    Dest port: ANY


    I don't understand what you mean by "Eth7 IP address" here:

    DNAT = Any > BT port 44432 > External > Eth7 IP address > BTHost1

    Can you post a screenshot?
