differences between asg home and Gateway Essential Firewall Edition

I am trying to figure out which is best to go for between the two:

Astaro home edition with 50 ip limit and 32000 concurrent connections 
or 
astaro security gateway edition with UNLIMITED IPs and UNLIMITED concurrent connections

after analyzing the license file its obvious the following is true:

ASG Home gives the following:

[LicenseOptions]
Type = 50
UserLimit = 50
ConcurrentConnections = 32000
RegistrationDate = 02/14/2008
ExpirationDate = Never
HighAvailability = OFF
SymmetricMultiProcessing = ON
IntrusionProtection = ON

while gateway essentials gives the following:

is there anything else i am missing?

and from what i keep reading on the forums everyone says to turn off IPs. 
also, is SymmetricMultiProcessing a huge deal?

what else am i missing and which is recommended?

also, can i switch licenses (now that i have both in my email) whenever i want?

    Hi, no one here is recommending disabling the IPS for most users except for troubleshooting problems.

    SMP is not important if you aren't using the A/V or IPS features, but otherwise is important to get full performance out of multi-core CPUs.

    You can switch licenses at any time, however the home license is not to be used in a business environment.

    Also see disabled features in Astaro Essential Firewall, if you haven't already.
