Astaro gateway 320 question...

Hi everybody, i have an astaro gateway 320 working with about 250 pcs but my internet conection goes down and can find where is the problem, i read the manual but it says for unlimited users is that real?

    Version of Astaro?

    Type of internet connection?

    Is IPS enabled?  Is Astaro Web Security in use?  In Astaro Mail Security in use?

    When the internet connection goes down, what more can you tell us about what you see on the Astaro and in the graphs on the Executive Report?

    To answer your question: The ASG 320 Hardware Appliance has no limitation on Users/IPs, licensing is not your problem.

    In order to be able to help you on that issue we need more information, as Balfons already pointed out.
