You see the picture: Customer have a problem, customer try to resolve it by himself, he desisted, he calls us, we resolve it, customer screw things up again..., customer generates a bigger problem.
A client by mistake deleted a wrong rule, instead of disabling it, test, then deleting... customer need to have full access sometimes (it's their FW). It took me double the time to repeat all steps to recover from the "recovered" disaster.
As a matter of fact, is there a way to recover anything deleted, rules, profiles, definitions... Nats ???
I'm new to astaro, not new to FW, networks or linux.
