Help getting into Web Admin. Not working anymore.

Hello, we used to be able to get into out backend by going to https://192.168.1.1[:P]ort# but now that port isn't working. We then went to https://192.168.1.1 and are able to login using admin and password but there isn't anything to do other than change the password. It looks different and states it's the end-user portal. Any help to get into the backend would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Ser,
    I am very confused.

    You can log into your webadmin and see that the other interfaces are down, what exactly are you trying to access when you get url not found.

    By default the ASG blocks everything. You need to configure each interface to connect to something. You need either to setup the http proxy or create some packet filter rules. You will need a NAT (MASQ) rule to get traffic to the internet.

    Please be a bit more explicit about what your are trying to do. I suspect the other firewalls have some default options installed, but that leads to unmanaged/unrequested access.

    Hi Ian

    I select firewall for own home usage. Everything that is necessary for me, it to get access to a web interface Astaro and to look it possibilities.
    That, I will rummage locally, in the console!

    Hi Serg,
    I am not sure if you are aware that the firewall manual comes as part of the installation. You can download the manual from your ASG webadmin-> Support.

    Hi,
    It doesn't make sense that your firewall would have IPs 192.168.2.100 and 192.168.2.1 unless you have those on different subnets.

    Please confirm.

    Hi All!

    Certainly I have attentively read a manual, before to ask here questions.
    ------------------------

    192.168.2.100 it is the address of "green" interface PC with installed Astaro.
    192.168.2.1 - PC address from which I wish to be connected to web interface Astaro.

    "Red" interface Astaro is not connected anywhere.

    So, you can ping 192.168.2.100, but https://192.168.2.100:4444 doesn't work?

    Are you sure nothing else has that IP address?

    And only two interfaces in a network 192.168.2.0

    Hi Barry,
    Serg must be able to login to webadmin because he is reporting the colours of the interfaces.

    What he hasn't said is what he is trying to connect his other interface to?

    I suspect he assigned an IP address to the other interface and not connected to anything.

    Sergey, what browser are you using? 
    Have you disabled JavaScript or do you have any ad blockers or other software which might interfere with web pages?
