  • What setting do you have for 'Max scanning size'?  If you have that set at a reasonable size, then see what happens if you turn off caching?

    Do you have an exception set for that site?  If your HTTP Proxy is in transparent mode, Does it resolve your issue to put the site into the skip list?

  • even if reducing max scan size
    you can fire much more much smaller downloads
    than free space can take at the time.

    the last(ing) download has to bite the dust
    only getting message that there's no space left.

    when starting download (mostly) theres a reply from downloadhost about file size.
    an estimating check for (hopefully?) enough free space left should do the trick
    and save some or more time.
