Question regarding Misc Settings

Hi All

I am trying to understand where these ports are used on "Allowed target services". What happens if I remove these ports? (Pic attached)

    Try an experiment.  Browse to ftp://ftp.astaro.com/, then, close that window.  Now, remove FTP from the list.  Now try to browse.  Report results here.
