Recently I upgraded the firmware from 7.405 to 7.500 then to 7.501.
Having different sorts of problems.
The most critical is this IMAP.
Currently I am located in NZ. Testing IMAP in NZ, I have no problem. But one of the VIP user who is in Singapore currently, couldn't connect to our mail server using IMAP.
After troubleshooting, I found that our mail server receive the connection from Singapore IP. But the problem is IPS block at the Authentication level.
This is the error

How do I rectify this problem ASAP?
It wll be good if I can revert my ASG back to 7.405 where all went and running smoothly.
