Astaro support is the correct channel to report bugs that you have with our software, as they provide the correct tracking/history to follow up and work with you for this process.
I figure that, even if you only have a home-use license, you should submit a bug report via Support. They almost-certainly won't help you, but I bet the bug-report will be seen.
