Bugs from old version not yet confirmed/resolved

what is the suggested method for us to view/follow up old bugs that haven't been corrected on version 7.501?

    Astaro support is the correct channel to report bugs that you have with our software, as they provide the correct tracking/history to follow up and work with you for this process.

    I figure that, even if you only have a home-use license, you should submit a bug report via Support.  They almost-certainly won't help you, but I bet the bug-report will be seen.
