VOIP setup help

Hi Guys,
   My VOIP service doesn't seem to be working after the ASTARO setup. I used to log into the VOIP providers website and use their soft phone to make calls, Now for some reason it doesn't work.
   I have attached a picture of my packet filter log that shows the SIP call being blocked.
I have added the provides under SIP Security, but still doesn't seem to be helping.. I have inserted a picture of this also for you guys to take a look at.

I also have created a packet filter rule to allow SIP Service from internal network to  VOIP service provide. Have attached a picture of this as well.
Can someone please tell me where I am going wrong and what i need to do to get this going. Thanks heaps guys.

    Try this....  under your packet filter rule set the  destination to any and see what happens.  If it works refine your packet filter rules and try this rule because you are allowing everything out with this rules:

    internal network (or specific voip device) --> any for service (or your specific voip rules) --> any for destination

    I have tried this and it works for vonage only if i set the destination to any which I think has to do with dnat/snat rules even though I have masquerading enabled.  Will start a new thread when I have time.

    My current packet filter rule looks like this:

    specific voip device --> specific vonage protocols --> any for destination


    NOTE:  I do not use the VOIP security and simply use packet filter rule.
