web live logs

hello,
my client purchased asg220 last 2008 w/o subscription.
The role of asg220 was firewall only. two days ago our client purchased web security,I uploaded the license and it will expire on 2010.After uploaded the license and enable web scurity, I found out that there's no live log running on it,i tried to reboot the asg and repair the postgres but it seems no live logs running on it,in fact many users browsing multiple sites.I tried to check the http.log under shell but no active logs found.

My client's asg220 running on ver 7.405.

Anyone facing same problem like this?

    The 'Content Filter (HTTP)' Live Log and the PostgreSQL database for reporting are two different issues.  I googled the following and found eight related posts over the last year, and one of them may help you re-index or re-initialize the database:

    site:astaro.org "/var/storage/pgsql/"

    In the USA, I would suggest submitting a support request to Astaro.
