phys. ASG konfig -> virt. Appliance

Hello

i have a running ASG on an single computer, now i want to move this single pc into a VM.
My plan was to download and import the virtual appliance in my esx 3.5 server and then take the configuration file (backup) from my physical ASG for an import.
Is this possible or are there any changes between the ASG and the ASG as an virtual appliance?

there will be no problem - just watch the versions and the nic count; be sure to have a matching networking config for the virtual environment

Thanks for your answer. It seems that the NIC Count was my problem. vmAppl=3nics vs. 2nics@phys.ASG
