ontent Filter Framework not running - restarted

Our ASG 110 has been sending me this same email about 10 times a day for about 3 months;

I don't quite understand what the content filtering framework is, content filtering for SMTP, HTTP etc (everything) is turned off. This is simply a firewall performing packet filtering on traffic passing through (i.e. general firewall rules such as permits and denies with a few NAT's added in, nothing else).

What the hell is going on, this ASG 110 is also stuck on v 7.200 and refuses to update. I tried to get support from Astaro as we are within our maintenance period but they aren't giving me any.

Anyone got any ideas?

Do you have Platinum maintenance or Gold in North America? If you do, then Astaro normally does respond directly if you submit a trouble ticket via the web interface. If not, then your reseller should be able to help you. In any case, you should check with your reseller about upgrading the memory from 512MB to 1GB.

PS The alert message is informational - updating to a newer version likely would eliminate it, but no function is diminished.
