DNS Search Order

Maybe it's there and I'm not seeing it, but on the ASG220 it'd be great to be able to set/change the order of the DNS Forwarders.  We would like to have our DNS from our ISP then have a "backup" DNS service (like openDNS) in case there's an issue with the first; which there has been before.  We have "Use forwarders assigned by ISP" checked, but it still reverts back to our backup DNS forwarder. Thanks.

    OK, a couple of questions/comments...

    1. How do you know if the "backup" forwarder is the one being used?  When I have the DNS proxy activated with our internal DNS Server as the 'Allowed Networks', there is no DNS traffic seen by an explicit packet filter rule except packets from a VPN or DMZ to the internal DNS server; the communication with the outside world is handled by the proxy.

    If you have your Internal DNS server pointed at outside forwarders instead of the Astaro, then I understand why you would see what you describe.  In that case, the order would be chosen by your internal DNS server.

    2. If you do have your internal DNS server and the Astaro DNS Proxy set in the way I describe, I thought the 'DNS Forwarders' were addressed in the order indicated in the box, but you'd have to put a sniffer on the external interface to see that.
