schedule blocking

Hello,
anybody could help me how to configure my astaro to have web scheduling.
for example i want to block friendster and facebook from 7:00am-11:59am,then from 12:00noon-12:59noon, facebook and friendster will be accessible and 1:00pm-8:00pm it will block again the website mentioned above.

Please need your help

    RTFM is a rude way to say read the manual. It means read the effing manual. However to hide the fact that one is being rude they will smile or smirk or wink etc after they say RTFM and or read the fine manual when it really means effing as in the F word.
