Is astaro.com/support down

I have been trying to call them for the past 30 minutes.  The website doesnt work and i keep getting a reorder tone when i call support ( like there PRI is down). 

I am having general speed problems and i keep going back and forth with my ISP and i want to rule out the astaro once and for all.

    My.astaro.com seems to be up (it's the portal where you open support tickets)... as to the phones, I have no idea, but I think we've heard from our channel rep today.
