Wonder why Angelo never pmed me back. Hmm. I'm just saying that I wish Astaro was easier to use like I mentioned and was so tired and so blown away by how complex it is to do something so simple and trivial as port forwarding is a very common thing.
It doesn't matter what you compare. Enterprise, business class, home use. Nothing should be difficult and hard. Home users have easier to use products of course and business class and enterprise class should be no different. Just cus it's higher end class doesn't mean it should be hard to use and Astaro is amazingly complex compared to many other routers and stuff. So it is right to compare Astaro to home user routers. You want the UI easy to use no matter what segment the product is for.
I think Astaro really needs to redesign the whole UI or at least a lot of areas to make it easy to use with everything on one screen to do stuff not having to go through multiple screens to get something done.
