After migration from 6.x to 7.4xx we have problems with web access through ASTARO.
ASTARO v7.402, used only as proxy (standard mode) with content filtering enabled.
ASTARO is behind router/firewall which controls inside and outside traffic.
Sometimes ASTARO is recognized as SYN attacker by router and all traffic from ASTARO is blocked for some time. After investigating what is going on, it turned out that lot of SYN requests from ASTARO to 213.144.15.6 remains without answer.
213.144.15.6 - cffs01.astaro.com - imap.astaro.com seems to be used for content filter checking, but probably gets overloaded time to time and stops responding.
We've blocked traffic to 213.144.15.6 completely on outside router and it seems that there is no more SYN problems. Probably ASTARO is now using other servers for content filtering.
Are there any performance problems on 213.144.15.6?
