Change the error message

Can the error message for "Host Not Found" and "Connection to server timed out" be changed so it does not say "Content blocked" at the top.  My users are stupid and don't look at the actual error message.  They see "CONTENT BLOCKED" and go ZOMG!!! That net nazi is blocking me.  So I get a dozen emails every day asking for me to unblock websites and why the site is blocked because the end users can't type in the correct URL nor read the actual error message.

    I definitely agree... I have customers that call me with these, and if they're non-IT types, it sometimes leads to a lengthy conversation "but it says I'm blocked, YOU'RE blocking me!"... hopefully this is a simple change..
