Feature Request: Web Proxy Manager

Hi,

i have often trouble with the Content Filter. We have a very strikt policy which categories are allowed and which not. So i often reveice e-mails from user which ask me to open website they need for their job.
So i add an allowed site in the http profile. But sometimes i have user which are in different AD groups and i don't know which proxy profile i have to take. So, if possible i would like to have something like the Mail Manager for the http proxy, where i can easily filter the user and look with which AD group he is requesting the website. Perhaps as a first step it will also be possible to add the AD group into the content filter log file.

    I mean something different. I want to know the AD group the user is in. I have many users that have even more than one AD group membership. Sometimes there are users in one or more AD group which is connected with a http profile. So i don't know in which http profile I have to allow the website.
    So I have to look in which AD group the user is member, which Filter Assignment these AD groups have and finally in which order the assignments have until i know in which proxy profile i have to add the filter action for the allowed site.
    So if i can see the AD group in the logs I could save a lot of time.

    I think I understand what you are saying.  I'm just suggesting that you are coming in the back door to get to the front entryway when the front door is unlocked.

    An end-user named abc sends you an email with a URL he wants to have unblocked.  You go to the 'Search Log Files' tab to search the 'Content Filter (HTTP)' log for that URL and check that the line in question has User="abc".  The filteraction listed in that line is the one you need to change.

    Have I misunderstood your requirement?

    Yes, you are right.
    But my request was to late i think. Today i looked in the content filter log file and there are all informations i need. I think this is new since 7.4.
    In 7.3 the log says: filteraction="action_REF_aabbCCddee" and now in 7.4 filteraction="REF_aabbCCddee (FilterActionProfileName)"
