We have installed the Astaro's on several sites now, and every time we set up the Mail Security, and the users start getting the quarantine reports, we always get the same questions.
1. I've had 35 emails rejected/blocked who were they from.
2. My friend John@123.com.au says he sent me an email and I haven't received it, is it one of the blocked emails?
What I'd like to see is either:
option 1: the quarantine report show in category order, and include all blocked emails. BUT with one extra add on. With the blocked emails, give the user the option of adding this sender to the white list. OR
option 2: an email is sent to the system admin showing him all blocked emails, and giving him the option to add the sender to the white list, and the user quarantine report not show anything at all about blocked/rejected emails, just show the quarantined emails that they can action.
Does that make sense.??
