How do I change the End-User Portal look?

I would need to change the color scheme and set our company logo instead of Astaro everywhere.
Don't get me wrong, I like the defaulf scheme, but I have Branding rules I must obey, for end-user facing sites.
The Customizing part allow only to change the Logo on the Reports. I need to change the End User portal.
Any idea?
Thanks.

  • I don't work for Astaro, but Astaro might have an issue with, in essence, your company appearing to claim credit for Astaro's product.  It's quite possible that removing their logo and color scheme would expose your company to a civil suit.  All I'm saying is that you should raise this as a formal issue with your management in such a way that you get a written, explicit order to proceed with this project.

Having said that, I bet you could find and modify the appearance of the EUP although that might void your support.

    Cheers - Bob

  • Well, don't get me wrong.
I am OK to keep some Astaro logo, the copyright thing & al on the pages, but I want the End User Portalto reflect you are conecting to my company, with my company logo, my welcome text (from the initial login page)...
Imagine you use IIS Web Server and MS forces you to use their home page ;-)
I would not claim my company made the product, it would just integrate into what I already have.
    I'll ask through support.
    Thanks
  • Please let us know the result of your request.

  • You can edit the welcome text from Webadmin; you could insert links to your logo, etc. there as well, it's HTML enabled.  As far as modifying the other parts, any changes you make (even with the help of support) probably would be undone by future up2dates that update the portal code.  I find the built in functionality adequate for all the situations where customization was required.
