Hi friends !

i was trying to online update my ASG form long time (from 7.400 to 7.401) ,fails couple of times ,now i have update file from /var/up2date/sys/u2d-sys-7.401.tgz.gpg
 now how do i update it , i tryed  management /up2date/Manual Up2Date package upload  /browse and apply then what i suppose to do 


 #md5sum u2d-sys-7.401.tgz.gpg
bafac82155c23f5d14a20f7abf83c6a2  u2d-sys-7.401.tgz.gpg is right

    The manual update should start. You will see the package under the /up2date section and you then  press install and the package install itself (you can view the progress by using the relevant log )

    no luck i try ,after browseing file and apply it says -----------------------Up2Date package imported successfully
    but thier is no file in up2date got some error ::::::::

    I agree that this is an "unintended feature" of 7.4.  I reported the same phenomenon with a manual upload of V7.400.  (Un)fortunately, before Astaro Support could look at it, my system had auto-downloaded the pack, and that installed as it should.

    I watched the process several times, and I believe the issue is that the file doesn't get closed correctly, so the disk directory never records the extents of the file.

    Yes Sir , i am trying to download this auto-download but it fail number of times ,so i deleted and started again as per KB up2date (delete folder and run force update      ) still no luck in my case

    My experience is that the manual upload is broken; 298242 did not work for me.
