Hi friends !

when i try to download backup from management>> backup/restore>>download it give me message :::::Could not write to filehandle: No such file or directory

why any idea

i am using 7.4,plain and encrypted option

,i am trying to download the basic backup while downlaoding basic backup it give me error encryption option come later
