Backing up and restoring with less NICs

I'm planning on getting an MSI IM-945GSE-A Intel Atom motherboard, which has 2 NICs.

Currently, I am running 4 NICs:
EXT
DMZ
INT and WiFi (BRIDGED)

I'd like to disable the DMZ and WiFi NICs (and break the bridge), backup, and restore to the new hardware.

Will that work?

I'm running 7.380 atm, but I have backups from 7.305 as well.

Feature Request: If I could export my defs, PF rules, and QOS definitions separately, that would make things easier.

The key is... in the configuration you are left with after you break the bridge, etc. before the configuration backup, will anything be used on interfaces eth2 and eth3? If so, you won't be able to use that configuration without modification after you restore it, if at all, because those Linux devices won't be on the new system with only 2 NICs. Other than that, no problem with fewer (or more) NICs.
