User Portal

I had the User Portal working.  Had our DSL provider change the IP address.  Now the User Portal isn't working.  Neither from a remote location or from within the network.  Any suggestions?

  • Are you trying to access the portal by IP or FQDN?  If FQDN, has DNS been updated and does it resolve properly?

    If all the settings in the portal configuration tabs look good, try disablign the portal and re-enabling it.
