About Web Security License

Hello,

I have in the office Astaro Model:ASG120, and the web security subscription is expired. I want to renew it. Do i have to contact the reseller where i get Astaro? or i can simply ask for it online from another place, like directly from Astaro.com.

If you are in the USA, you must go through a reseller. Fulfillment is all electronic, so you can get your renewal within a few hours if the reseller has a little time to expedite your request.

Hello again,

No i am not in the USA, but can i contact one of them, since it's all going through web? If not, is there's a way to buy a subscription direct from Astaro?
