Free License for ASG Home User personal use

Astaro announced that Home users can down load the ASTARO ASG Software and install in a PC as long as it is for personal use ONLY. When I did that it worked well and I got the license fully functioal and NOT a trail for 30 days.
After couple of months I assisted the home user to update to the newes firmware 7.303, but it did update to only 7.202 and then whatever you do to install 7.302 it says failed to install.
I thought just to blew away the whole install and install the new ISO posted online on another PC as the first PC was crashing anyway.
Everything worked well, but now I have only a 30 days Trail license and I am wondering if Astaro just changed their mind and don't want to get a free version of the ASG for home users any more.
I contacted the Astaro support about that, but there was no answer so far.
If you probably know, what I have to do to get the free license, that would be vey helpful.

    There was a bug where some people had issue updating from 7.202. There is a thread here which explains it

    Thanks guys for the response and I have resolved the issues I was having.
    First.. I logged into the console using the root account and then ran the following command:

    auisys.plx --rpmargs --force

    which actually starts the UP2DATE package installer and look if there are any updates already downloaded and starts installing them one after another.

    this method is very handy and I always using it especially when I receive a new ASG, which has an old firmware. So I connect it to the network and configure it to use the LAN only and add the existing firewall as a gateway and leave it on for a while to allow the download of all available updates.
    After that I run the command mentioned above.

    Another way of doing this and since Astaro release the ISO fie you can install into the ASG appliances, so you can re-install the whole software into the HW appliance and you getting very close to the last firmware.

    Second: As I thought the Home User license will be embeded into the ISO available and I forgot that I have to download the license then apply it, so i did download the license and applied and I have everything working as expected.
