Having trouble with ASG on vmware server.

My server has 4 nics.  Its running CentOS 5.2, and vmware server 2.  I have assigned:

eth0 an ip for my internal network, 192.168.0.2
eth1 an ip for my DMZ, 10.10.1.2
eth2 set for DHCP (will be used as the external interface with my cable modem)
eth3 I set up on the 192.168.150. network so that I can access the ASG setup from a different computer on the same network.

The trouble is, I cant access it.  I setup vmware to bridge all 4 nics, so I should have access, but I dont.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    I am trying a similar setup using mandriva 2008.1. I found the problem to be that the linux id for the card doesn't not match the vmware one, which doesn't match the ASG one, so I ended up putting a 150.x address on each interface until I found one that would let me talk to the ASG.

    Unless you are runnng the ful vmesx I don't believe that the you can achieve a secure setup, because of the IP addresses on the interface cards.

    I was trying to owrkout a way to connect one interface to a ADSL modem, but based on the fact that you need to IP addresses one for the ASG and one for the linux NIC that won't work. I suspect you will have the same problem with a cable modem, because you will only be assigned one IP address.
