Please fix your broken phone system. It is very unprofessional to have a simple "please leave a message for " auto attendant answer all of your calls. [:@]
I apologize for the phone issues, but they were out of our control. Our carrier
and the local telco spent a lot of time bickering over what systems and equipment were at fault, leaving us stranded. I am sure that many of you have been at the mercy of a telco in the past and can appreciate the frustration. We are exploring possibilities for additional fault tolerance in our phones systems to prevent such event in the future.
Those customers who submitted cases via the My Astaro portal had their cases in the queue immediately, those who left messages may have experienced a delay due to message retrieval and input processing.
Glad to hear the phones are working again. Thanks for the update. The portal didn't work out so well for me though... I'm having trouble mustering a response from support via email, so I decided to call.
I forgot all I get that way is an auto-attendant that makes me leave a message. Not only can you not get a hold of a person anymore, now you can't even wait on hold!
