End-User Portal Menus

I read a post that the menu for the end-user portal can not be custimized...

Then why does my end-user portal menu only have following 4 items?

Weclome | Remote Access | Change pssword | Log out...

When I log in I do not have the menus for the SMTP/POP Quarantine, POP Accounts or Whitelists... Why would these items not show up?

The new portal only shows menu entries that actually contain useful stuff, given the current system configuration. So you don't'see SMTP or POP3 unless you turn them on.
