Our website webforms fail to send email

HELP! All of our "Contact Us" and "Ask for Quote" forms have stopped sending emails to us since install of Astaro box. We have many web forms on our websites for users to complete. On Click, the form is processed and an email is sent to someone in our business. These emails are no longer being delivered to us. The form works fine, no error msg or failure, but the email just never gets delivered to us.  HELP!

    Under Host-Based relay, I click the ADD button:

    it asks for :
    Name: (i assume this can be any name)
    Type: (what should I put here?)
    Address: (does it want external IP or internal 192.xx.xx.xx IP?)
    Interface: (what should I put here?)
    Netmask:  (this is filled in already)
    Comment: (anything goes here)

    How do I set this up correctly. I added one reference and it did not fix the problem. But now I don't see how I delete the reference that I added.

    About ready to go back to our old router/firewall. This is a disaster.

    If I turn off / disable SMTP proxy will the Astaro stop blocking outgoing email sent from our webserver?

    If the webform sends the email to jonrwarren@gmail.com, we never receive the email. If I change the code so that the webform sends the email to jon@iguide.net (a domain for which we control the MX record), then we eventually receive the email, although after a significant delay. Does this help anyone with ideas about our problem? Could it be something related to BATV appending to an email address?

    It sounds like you may have a DNS resolution problem. Have you tried adding other forwarders to the ASG?  Maybe OpenDNS?
