lcd4linux on ASG V7 software appliance

I'm trying to get lcd4linux running on a ASG software appliance.

I successfully got lcd4linux-0.10.1-RC2 compiled, uploaded, configured, and running on my ASG V7.201.

I'm using a CrystalFontz XES635BK-TFE-KU. I can do normal lcd4linux stuff, but how can I get the Astaro specific things to work? Did they write their own custom plugins for lcd4linux?

I get these errors from lcd4linux -vvF

Warning: widget Widget:ASG_text has no expression
Evaluator: unknown function 'aslversion' in 
Evaluator: unknown function 'asgcluster::role' in 
Evaluator: unknown function 'asgcluster::status' in

    The Astaro LCD stuff only works with the Astaro appliances. Maybe you could find the source code.

    I just have mine show bandwidth graphs for each NIC. To me, that's much more interesting than the version #. I suppose cluster status would be useful though.

    The only source I see is gpl-asg-7.101-080109-1.iso, and that doesn't even have the base gpl version of lcd4linux.
    When are they planning on releasing the source for v7.2?
