local government, do i have to bye a license or is it free?

I work for the local government. We have to set up a host to host security to let some external party pull some data from an internal host. The external party has planted a cisco pix into our lan. I only want to allow this pix to connect with one server on our lan. Can I use Astaro Home to do this for free. Or do i have to bye some expensive license?

    The "free" 10 user license is a Home use only license (hence the name Home User License); if you want to use an Astaro solution in any commercial (and government counts) environment, you need to purchase a license.  It's quite competitive in pricing and features with other security solutions.
