root and webadmin connection loosed

Hello,

I manage a remote small firewall with ASG v6.313.

I did no manual configuration change but since a few days, I cannot connect using webadmin with appropriate user or ssh with root user. I got "access denied...".
"loginuser" is still available with ssh.
All other functionalities seems running well.

Is there a way to recreate these users ?
Are users and password included in backup configuration file ?

Small progress. I found in the forum that under loginuser with a "su" command, it accept root connection. But direct root connection is still denied.
I also found trick for webadmin, but only for v7.
Any idea for the v6 ?

Root connections via SSH should *always* be denied. This is the standard behavior for SSH (and for Astaro), and the purpose of the loginuser account.

Users and passwords are indeed included in the backup.
