How is licensing counted? (ASG7)

Lets say I have a Dell PowerEdge 2950, each has two nics and a drac card (remote access card controlled over ethernet, thus a nic card as well). 

Scenarios:
1) Only one nic is connected and configured, drac is also connected and configured with an IP address
2) The two nics are teamed and get one shared IP address. The drac also gets its own IP for remote access
3) The two nics get an IP each, and drac also gets its own IP for remote access.

In the scenarios above, will the server be counted as:
1) 2 licenses used
2) 2 licenses used
3) 3 licenses used

Am I correct?

    You're probably correct, unless Astaro counts the MAC addresses as well as the IPs, and therefore counts the bonded NIC twice. 
    I don't think it does though, and if it did, it'd probably be considered a bug.

    Also, if one NIC or the DRAC is only used internally, and does not get it's address from the Astaro DHCP server, then it wouldn't be counted.

    All interfaces has static IPs. I do contact the drac cards from outside , firewall and servers are on a remote location
