ASG 7.200 restarts by itself

I too have seen similar issues in 7.2, but it will generally be with a random service under high internet usage.  Last night I was transfer torrents and the Astro console just happened to be up on the monitor next to me, and I watched the unit kernel panic and die.  Watching my e-mail I can literally see its getting to the point where the unit is rebooting 2-3 times a night.  It never use to do this, but I was unable to read the panic in any great detail before the box restarted itself :/

At first install the software after a few days might have a panic attack and reboot, but now its really becoming crazy.

micio you may want to look through /var/log/kernel.log and verify if or not your having 'Fatal exception' errors and post them back here.

Tonight it has restarted 5 times....................................................
Is the same HardWare from 3 years, is never happen this.....it starts from upgrading to 
version 7.200 and  version 7.201 too.

P.S.: I've noticed after reboot a very large CPU usage ...up 100%....I don't know why?

OK,
thankyou all, I've discovered what was wrong........
it were my video-card and one NIC not well inserted...just a little bit out, worked fine until high temperature...
than at a random point (about 70° C) it stopped and the sistem all restarted.
