Log disk keeps filling up need help!

For some reason yesterday I happen to get like 100 emails saying Log disk full, please check. I was like ok whats going on because the day before i was using like 5% of the disk(15.7gb partition) well I went in changed things to auto delete logs after 30 days, and looked for huge log files nothing?

Also everytime somone is using the internet on the machine the log disk goes nuts along with the CPU it stays at a constant 100%

The only thing that has been changed on this machine was that I added openDNS DNS Forwarders and since then these issues have arrived? I don't know what to do, does a packet filter rule need to be added for these DNS Forwarders?

    Seems like everytime I enable the Content Filter the CPU Pegs, but when I disable it, the CPU will drop down to normal standards?

    Also all these problems started to appear after I updated to 7.200, anyway for me to revert back to 7.140?

    Are you sure it is the log disk filling up and not the storage disk? The storage disk holds the file cache for the proxies, so if you enable a proxy it should rather affect the storage disk. It will also cost more CPU than just routing traffic, especially if you have content scanning enabled.
    To be sure what's happening here please give us more data:
    - system specs
    - how many users
    - system configuration: which proxies, what settings

    Reverting to an older version is not possible, except for a fresh installation.
