Many Problems with End-User Portal

ASG220 Release 7.104.

I´have a lot of problems with End-User Portal.

Sometimes a user login to Portal and nothing happens.
The portal hangs.
Sometimes, a user login to portal and get the "welcome site".
The user is klicking on the "Remote Access Tab" and nothing happens again.
There is no sandglass or anything else that shows that the Portal ist still working.

Somtimes i have the problems obove with "WebAdmin-Site".

I tried all this with Firefox and IEE 7.

What can i do?

Does anyone have similar problems?????
