WebAdmin lock-out after enabling end-user portal

Dear All,

Really need some help here:

Normally my webadmin is reachable at https://10.50.90.254:4444
But not any more after enabling the end-user portal.
I can recall that the portal was configured as the hostname witch belongs to 10.50.90.254 with port 443.

After doing this I've got the message that I had to reload the page because the back-end was was not accessible. After this the complete webadmin became unaccessible!!!

Can I disable the end-user portal on the console?
I'm running Astaro 7.x

Thanks!!

  • You haven't inadvertently enabled both services on the same port, have you?

If so, you might just get away with editing /var/sec/chroot-httpd/etc/httpd/vhost/httpd-webadmin.conf and changing the virtualhost port to something else...

  • I've didn't. And I've checked the vhost confs. Nothing brought it back te work. Called with my supplier and even he had no idea.

I reinstalled both of my firewalls (HA) backed-up and reconfigured.

Looks like a bug to me...
