Ah ok, the insider blog is used for non-public beta releases as well as known issues that need to be actively communicate with partners and valuable end customers.

As the 7.100 and the 7.200 are public beta's there is no mentioning there. 

So bottom line, the blog is alive, but holds certain information that does not get updateded regularly.
