Joining a Domain

I have seen alot on this problem and I have tried everything that I have found.

Astaro version 7.104
I have a DNS Request in place.
I can ping the domain and do a dns look up from the astaro
I cannot do a trace route
I have added the computer with pre2000 into AD
I have tried joining with NetBios and FQDN

If I look in the fallback log I see
2008:03:22-18:02:16 (none) [user:err] net: [2008/03/22 18:02:16, 0] utils/net_ads.c:ads_startup(289) 
2008:03:22-18:02:16 (none) [user:err] net: ads_connect: Server not found in Kerberos database

I have several customers that us the Astaro and I have joined all those successfully with little to no problem.  This has me stumped.  Anyone have an idea?

    You have successfully joined the domain right?

    If so, check your setup and make sure you are  using port 389 - the normal port rather than SSL.

    I had try with SSL and did not have much luck. Once I tried port 389 it was off to the races!
