I've read through all of the other posts in this forum regarding the trouble that folks are having with getting e-mail notifications to work (including the executive report, e-mail daily backups, etc.). I have tried enabling the SMTP proxy and have used the smarthost settings on Email Security->SMTP, Advanced tab, with both Gmail SMTP and AT&T's SMTP servers (along with my credentials), but I am still not receiving e-mail notifications. I also have tried changing the sender e-mail under Management->Notification to both a hotmail and gmail address, but I have yet to receive any notification e-mail from my ASG (7.104).
I am using AT&T DSL & DynDNS and everything else seems to be working. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
