ASG was running great with firmware 7.011. Last week upgrade from ASG 7.011 to ASG 7.100 firmware. After the upgrade, some of the user/admin accounts can longer login to WebAdmin or UserPortal. User Authenticationin is configured to use Windows 2003 Active Directory.
Error log:
2007:12:13-11:09:32 (none) aua[5406]: id="3005" severity="warn" sys="System" sub="auth" name="Authentication failed" srcip="***.***.***.***" user="*****" caller="webadmin" reason="DENIED"
Reboot ASG several times and add DC to Network->DNS->Request Routing will not correct the issue.
