Will this failover idea work?

We have two ISP connections; 1 leased line and 1 DSL.  I want to provide both policy-based routing and failover with these two connections.   The DSL will be for desktop/user websurfing and the T1 for server services.  Here is my design though:

The DSL will be the default gateway(primary) so I can continue to use HTTP filtering on the client machines.  I will assign two Astaro nics with a public IP from our T1 (x.x.x.201 & x.x.x.202).  One of the Nics will be for our servers and services using policy based routing and the other will be as the failover (backup) for the DSL.    

Does anyone see any issues with this setup?

    Problem with this failover plan is this won't work with the ASG.  You can do either the failover with one active and one offline connection or the policy routing but there is no way to set an automatic failover of a live link onto a second live link.

    The failover link would be 'offline'.  Since I have multiple public IP's from our T1, I was planning on having one of the links active using policy routing and the other offline (backup) for the primary.  They are on the same sub, so I didnt know if that would create an issue.
